Vasanth "VJ" Jayaraman is the Founder of PT Bali Yuva Solutions, the hospitality company behind Annapurna, one of Bali's growing destinations for authentic Indian cuisine and warm hospitality.

A Mechanical Engineering graduate from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, VJ began his career with Coal India Limited before transitioning into the startup ecosystem. He later spent nearly seven years with OYO, where he led city launches and operational expansion across India and Indonesia.

In 2022, he founded Annapurna with a vision to bring authentic Indian flavors, genuine hospitality, and memorable dining experiences to Bali. Under his leadership, Annapurna has expanded across Uluwatu, Canggu, and Ubud, earning recognition among locals, expats, and travelers seeking quality Indian food in Bali.

Combining operational expertise, customer-centric thinking, and a passion for hospitality, VJ continues to shape Annapurna into a trusted name for Indian dining in Bali.

A graduate in Banking and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science, she began her career in Singapore, building extensive experience across the trading, banking, and heavy machinery sectors while managing international business operations for Russian and Central Asian markets.

Bringing together expertise in finance, strategy, and customer relations, Yulia plays a pivotal role in shaping Annapurna's growth and vision. Her creative direction, attention to detail, and people-first approach have helped create the warm atmosphere, distinctive character, and memorable dining experiences that define the Annapurna brand today.
